I use this Device for Faxing over my VOIP free Google Voice service, in conjunction with the Obi200 adapter that converts VOIP into a traditional phone service.
Note: I've used other fax machines on this VOIP service, I would regularly receive errors as it is naturally hard to fax over VOIP.
However I plugged in this device and set the Baud rate at 9600 and the transmit and receive buffers at 1 (lowest) and went to town faxing over this using my internet software (Windows Fax And Scan)
I haven't had any inbound/outbound errors, and my faxing is pretty stable. This beats the other fax machines I've tried with over VOIP.
I would definately recommend this product to people who wants to fax over VOIP with free Google Voice Service.

Hello guatamshah,
If your USB to ethernet adapter isn't working now that you've upgraded to macOS Sierra, there are a number of things that we can try in order to get it working again.
The first thing we'll want to do is to reset your Mac's SMC and NVRAM.
Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac
If the adapter still isn't functioning after both resets check to see if your Mac recognizes the device correctly in System Information. From the Apple Menu select About This Mac, then click the 'System Report...' button. Once you have the System Information window open, check the USB category on the left.
OS X: About System Information and System Profiler
If it doesn't appear in System Information, see the articles linked below.
macOS Sierra: If a USB device isn’t workingmacOS Sierra: Check your device’s USB connection
However, if you do see the device in System Information, you may need to verify that the network service appears correctly. From the Apple menu choose System Preferences then Network. You should see an entry similar to 'Ethernet' on the left. If not, see follow the steps in the article below to add it. Once adding it, test to see if your connection works with Wi-Fi disabled.
If it does appear in Network, please let us know what you see on the right hand side when you select the service, as well as the name of the service as it appears and we can go from there!
Regards.
